Debra designed the Juliet headband around an adjustable wire frame so that the entire finished product can be custom formed to your head. The tapestry and trim covered band has a burst of decorative feathers on one side, and is "reverse-able". You can wear the band backwards and get a different look with the feathers sweeping away from the face.
