This feather barrette really wanted to be a hat!
If you're not a hat kind of person, this is perfect, and it's also cool to wear in hot weather!
Large Feather Barrettes are made with a varied assortment of feathers including: fancy poultry, pheasant, peacock, parrot and ostrich. Feathers range from smaller above, becoming larger as they beautifully cascade down to two very large and fluffy ostrich plumes.
The top is embellished with a handmade Duponi silk French rose and ribbons, while the underside is covered with soft milliner's felt and a sturdy real "made in France" French Clip that is strong and can hold a lot of hair.
This is perfect if you are going for a playful “wenchy” look, and works well as a elaborate hat pin just clipped onto a hat band. The approximate length of this barrette is 18-20 inches.

For the large feather barrette you may add it to the Cart and a window slides out from the right where you will find a place to add "Special Notes to Seller". Here you may provide your choice of colors for plumes, feathers and silk rose.
