Dragon Wings LLC ships through the US Postal system.

Processing time for Buy it Now Items:
Order verification, quality check, packing to ship usually takes from 1 to 3 days.

Processing time for Custom Orders:
Initial inquiry and customizing clarification, creation by Artists, quality check, packaging to ship can take 2-3 weeks or less.

Shipping time:
The time it takes for items to arrive at their destination.

After leaving our Maryland workshop, items to the continental US usually take between 1 and 5 days to arrive, but can take longer from time to time.

International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
